Processing Workflow

1. Moisture Adjustment: Manure with moisture below 75% is adjusted to 60% using auxiliary materials.

2. Fermentation: Material is heated to 60°C to multiply microbial fermentation bacteria, decomposing cellulose, protein, and fat.

3. Discharge: Material is discharged after approx 3 hours and transferred to the ripening area.

4. Ripening: Piled for 7-10 days until the temperature drops naturally and the odor is eliminated.
