Wheel Type Compost Turner

Working Principle

• Positioning: The equipment moves to the front of the bale pile awaiting turning.
• Lowering the Rotary Disc: The rotating disc is lowered into the pile via the hydraulic system.
• Forward Turning: As the equipment advances slowly, the blades on the high-speed rotating disc act like "planing blades," cutting, crushing, and flinging the material backward.
• Reconstructing the Pile: The ejected material falls behind the machine, forming a new, loose, and aerated pile. This process achieves thorough mixing and aeration.
• Raising the Disc: Upon reaching the end of the pile, the disc is raised for the next row.
