The Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a high-efficiency sewage treatment technology that combines advanced membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge processes. By utilizing superior filtration, microorganisms are completely trapped within the bioreactor, facilitating the absolute separation of water and sludge while maintaining high Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS). This results in exceptionally strong nitrification capabilities and a high pollutant removal rate.


By replacing the secondary sedimentation tank used in traditional biological treatment with membrane modules, the system maintains a high concentration of activated sludge. This increases the organic load capacity and reduces the overall footprint of the treatment facility. The concentration of activated sludge in the MBR system can reach 8,000~10,000 mg/L or higher, with a sludge age (SRT) extending beyond 30 days.
1. High Efficiency Process: Utilizes A/O biological contact oxidation with elastic three-dimensional fillers, providing a large surface area for high microbial activity and rapid pollutant removal.
2. Compact Design: The specific surface area is 16-20 times that of ordinary fillers, significantly shortening biochemical processing time and reducing floor space requirements.
3. Underground Installation: Can be buried underground to save surface space. The surface can be landscaped or used for driveways.
4. Environmentally Friendly: Minimal impact on the surrounding environment with low noise and odor control.
