Product Description

Products Description
Domestic Waste Sorting and Treatment Machine - Waste Recycling to Energy Plant
Waste Sorting Plant

Our waste management solutions offer a comprehensive, turnkey service for converting non-recyclable waste into a valuable source of clean, renewable energy. We provide advanced waste sorting plants that effectively address the dual challenges of urban waste management and sustainable energy production.

Waste Solution

Our waste management system uses multiple sorting means to separate organic matter, plastics, metal, bricks, and stones from garbage to the maximum, improving the reusing and recycling of waste. At the same time, the separated waste materials can be further re-processed into useful resources. Organic waste can be made into RDF and sent to power plants.

Waste Incineration for Power Generation
Combustion: RDF is burned at extremely high temperatures (typically >850°C / 1562°F), ensuring complete breakdown of organic pollutants.
Heat Recovery: The intense heat generated boils water in a connected boiler, creating high-pressure steam.
Power Generation: The steam drives a turbine, which is connected to a generator, producing clean electricity that is fed into the public grid.
Power Generation

Waste-to-RDF-to-energy is more than just waste disposal; it's a responsible, technologically advanced strategy for building a cleaner, more sustainable future. By converting our post-recycling waste into power, we close the loop, conserve natural resources, and generate clean energy for our communities.

Process Flow
Workflow Solutions

Customizable according to different waste types:

1.
Trommel screen sorts waste by size; different particle sizes enter specific lines.
2.
Magnetic separator for ferrous metals and eddy current separator for non-ferrous metals.
3.
Air separator separates light combustibles from heavy materials.
4.
Optical separators accurately identify different types of plastics.
5.
Recyclables (metals, plastics, paper) are packed by the waste baler.
6.
Construction concrete waste can be crushed to make bricks.
7.
Non-recyclable residue is processed into RDF for incineration plants or landfills.
Machine Workflow

This waste management system is widely applied in urban domestic waste treatment, construction demolition waste, landfill waste, commercial waste, and recycling centers. The goal is volume reduction, minimizing land occupation, and resource recovery.
