Food waste dewatering machine is mainly consist of shredder and screw press part. Food waste dewatering machine is mainly used to dewatering press the liquid separated from solid waste. Matering being shredded to small particles, then go into the screw press machine. It separate liquid and solid by screw press to punch the material with screen and end core, so the liquid will discharge from the screen hole, the dewatered residues will discharge from the end cone space.

Dewatered residues and liquid can do liquid fertilizer or solid fertilizer, which are better for environment.

Screw press pressure adjust part can be spring or by hydraulic system. When tight the pressure part, the interval of discharge area begin small, then press chamber has more big pressure, so the discharge material moisture content lower. We have single screw press machine and double screw press machine, different material use different type screw press machine.
