Disc Granulator (Pan Pelletizer) Overview

The Disc Granulator is primarily used for organic fertilizer granulation. Featuring an integral circular arc structure, it boasts simple design, high granulation efficiency, reliable performance, easy operation, long service life, and low investment cost. It is an ideal solution for granulating organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers.

Working Principle

The granulator employs an inclined rotating disc with an adjustable angle range of 35°-55°. The main motor drives, via a pulley and belt, a reducer which transmits power to a pinion gear. As the granulation disc rotates continuously, a spray system ensures even binding of the material, forming spherical pellets.

Under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity, the material rolls and adheres together, forming spherical granules. Finished pellets are automatically discharged once they reach the desired size (typically 2-10mm).
