Product Description
Fertilizer Granulation Production Line
Main Applications

Suitable for various livestock farms, manure treatment centers, and the resource utilization of multiple organic wastes, including raw materials such as cow dung, sheep manure, pig manure, chicken manure, sludge, biogas residue, rice straw, and corn stalks.

Production Line Composition

The complete line is divided into two primary sections:

  • Pretreatment Section: Responsible for the fermentation and crushing of raw materials (powdered organic fertilizer system).
  • Granulation Section: Includes core equipment such as mixing blender, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, coating machine, and automatic packaging machine.
Process Flow
Process Flow Overview

The fermented organic material is screened, batched, and mixed according to specific formulation ratios. The blended material is continuously fed into the granulator for shaping. After granulation, the particles are polished, rounded, and dried at low temperatures (≤65°C). Following cooling and screening, qualified granules are transported to the finished product silo for computer-controlled quantitative packaging.

Equipment Classification

1. Crushing: Semi-wet material crushers (vertical/horizontal) designed without screen meshes to prevent clogging.

2. Mixing: Vertical, horizontal, or dual-shaft mixers tailored to specific material characteristics.

3. Granulation: Flexible selection of disc granulators, wet method granulators, or rotary drum granulators.

4. Drying & Cooling: Rotary systems using low-temperature air to preserve biological material activity.

5. Screening & Coating: Multi-stage screening for uniformity and surface treatment for enhanced granule quality.

Fermentation & Raw Materials

The system features an efficient aerobic fermentation process (approx. 15 days) that achieves rapid sterilization, deodorization, and decomposition, inactivating pathogens and weed seeds.

  • Agricultural Waste: Straw, bean dregs, cotton dregs, rice bran.
  • Animal Manure: Poultry litter, cattle, pig, sheep, and horse waste.
  • Industrial Waste: Wine lees, vinegar residue, sugar scum.
  • Sludge: River and sewer sludge.

Specialized Solutions
Chicken Manure Processing

Utilizes rapid aerobic fermentation. Dried chicken manure contains 50% organic matter and high levels of N-P-K, making it an ideal raw material for premium organic fertilizers.

Pig Manure Processing

Focuses on sanitization and stabilization. Through composting technology, parasites and pathogens are eliminated, creating a sustainable waste management loop for large-scale farms.

Cow Dung Processing

Cow dung acts as a slow-release fertilizer. Our technology handles its high moisture content, converting it into nutrient-rich granular or powdered fertilizer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of raw materials can this production line process?
The equipment can process agricultural waste (straw, rice bran), animal manure (poultry, pig, cattle), industrial waste (wine lees, sugar scum), and various types of organic sludge.
How long does the fermentation process take?
Under controlled conditions with efficient aerobic fermentation, the material typically achieves decomposition and stabilization within approximately 15 days.
Can I adjust the size of the final fertilizer granules?
Yes, the production line is multifunctional. By adjusting the granulator settings or using different sizes of ring moulds/screening meshes, you can easily control the particle size.
What is the typical production capacity?
Our standard granular organic fertilizer lines are designed for outputs ranging from 1 to 10 tons per hour (TPH), depending on your specific requirements.
Does the drying process affect the quality of the organic fertilizer?
No, our rotary dryers use a low-temperature hot air mode (≤65°C-80°C) specifically designed to preserve the biological activity and nutrient content of the organic materials.
Is the equipment suitable for high-moisture materials?
Yes, our semi-wet material crushers and specialized mixers are designed to handle high-moisture organic waste without clogging or reducing efficiency.
