The produced granular organic fertilizer primarily uses livestock manure and agricultural waste as raw materials. The final product is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, protein, and other nutrients.

• Pretreatment Section: Powdered organic fertilizer processing system for fermentation and crushing.
• Granulation Section: Core equipment including mixing blender, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, and automatic packaging.

• Crushing: Semi-wet material crushers, no screen mesh design to prevent clogging.
• Mixing: Vertical, horizontal, or dual-shaft mixers designed for material consistency.
• Granulation: Disc granulators, new wet method granulators, and rounding machines.
• Drying & Cooling: Low-temperature hot air mode (≤80°C) to preserve material activity.
