Process Flow

Loading: Material is placed into the automatic lifting machine hopper.
Lifting: The lifter elevates and tilts the hopper into the crusher.
Fermentation: Aerobic fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures with microbial agents.
Discharge: Fermented material is automatically discharged via belt conveyor.
Odor Treatment: Gases are extracted and treated in a spray scrubbing tower before release.
