Robust Compost Turning Equipment for Static & Dynamic Fermentation Modes, Manure Fertilizer Granulator Line

Product Description

Fertilizer Granulation Production Line
Fertilizer Granulation Production Line
The granular organic fertilizer production line is designed for the resource utilization of multiple organic wastes. Suitable for livestock farms and manure treatment centers, it processes raw materials such as cow dung, sheep manure, pig manure, chicken manure, sludge, biogas residue, and crop stalks (rice straw, corn stalks).
Key Benefits: Final products are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, and proteins, meeting international green agriculture fertilizer standards.
Production Line Composition
The complete line consists of two primary sections:
  • Pretreatment Section: Responsible for raw material fermentation and crushing (Powdered organic fertilizer processing system).
  • Granulation Section: Includes core equipment like mixing blenders, organic fertilizer granulators, rotary dryers, coolers, screening machines, coating machines, and automatic packaging systems.

Core Equipment Classification
1. Crushing Equipment

Semi-wet material crushers (vertical or horizontal). No screen mesh design ensures smooth processing of high-moisture materials without clogging.

2. Mixing Equipment

Vertical, horizontal, or dual-shaft mixers designed for specific material characteristics with controlled discharge ports.

3. Granulation Equipment

Includes disc granulators, new wet method granulators, and rotary drum granulators to ensure high granule quality.

4. Drying & Cooling

Rotary dryers use low-temperature hot air (≤80°C) to preserve material activity, followed by rapid cooling units.

Fermentation Process Characteristics
Our efficient aerobic fermentation system features highly active strains, supporting both static and dynamic modes. The 15-day controlled process ensures thorough deodorization, sterilization, and decomposition, inactivating pathogens and weed seeds.
Raw Material Versatility
  • Agricultural Waste: Straw, bean dregs, cotton dregs, rice bran.
  • Animal Manure: Poultry litter, cattle, pig, sheep, and horse dung.
  • Industrial Waste: Wine lees, vinegar residue, sugar scum.
  • Sludge: River and sewer sludge.
Specialized Production Solutions
Chicken Manure Line: Rapid temperature rise and short decomposition cycle. Transforms high-pollution waste into high-value 50% organic matter fertilizer.
Pig Manure Line: Efficiently breaks down organic matter while eliminating parasites through advanced aerobic composting.
Cow Dung Line: Specifically designed for slow-release fertilizer production, including solid-liquid separation and specialized granulation steps.
