Product Composition & Features

The produced granular organic fertilizer primarily uses livestock manure and agricultural waste as raw materials. The final product is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, protein, and other nutrients. It offers comprehensive fertilizer efficiency and meets green agriculture fertilizer standards.

Production Line Composition

Pretreatment Section: Powdered organic fertilizer processing system, responsible for fermentation and crushing.

Granulation Section: Includes mixing blender, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, coating machine, and automatic packaging system.

Chicken Manure Processing

Adopts efficient aerobic fermentation with rapid temperature rise. Dried chicken manure contains 50% organic matter and key nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium.

Pig Manure Processing

Utilizes aerobic composting technology to break down organic matter and eliminate parasites, ensuring complete sanitization and stabilization.

Cow Dung Processing
