The fermentation takes advantage of the decomposition of microorganisms in nature. It uses aerobic microorganism activity through continuous aerobic fermentation in a closed fermenter. It decomposes organic matter at high temperatures, thoroughly deodorizing and killing parasites, germs, and other harmful substances. This process reduces moisture content and volume, producing a large amount of organic fertilizer rich in organic matter.
We also provide other fertilizer processing equipment, including compost turners, crushing equipment, mixing equipment, drying and cooling machines, and auxiliary equipment. Custom production lines for BB fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and water-soluble fertilizer fermentation are available.
