Product Overview

The Crawler-Type Fully Hydraulic Compost Turner is a robust and intelligent solution designed for large-scale organic waste composting and bio-fertilizer production. Powered by a 329HP turbocharged engine and capable of turning up to 1600 cubic meters of material per hour, this machine transforms raw organic waste—such as livestock manure, municipal sludge, crop residues, and food waste—into high-quality, stable compost with minimal energy consumption.

Key Features

🚀 1600 m³/h Processing

Handles massive tonnages quickly, dramatically reducing cycle times and boosting annual output.

💎 Superior Quality

Large-diameter drum reaches windrow bottom, eliminating anaerobic pockets for uniform mixing.

🎮 Operator-Friendly

Panoramic cabin with 360° visibility and single-lever control reduces fatigue.

🛠️ Heavy-Duty Build

Self-cleaning crawler tracks and wear-resistant alloy teeth ensure long service life.

The Composting Process
Working Process
Step 1: Raw Material Preparation

Mix manure, sludge, or crop waste to a moisture content of 50-60%. Carbon-to-nitrogen ratio 25-30:1.

Step 2: Windrow Forming

Materials are piled into long strips on a hardened surface, up to 2 meters high.

Step 3: Aerobic Fermentation

The machine lifts, mixes, and aerates material. Maintaining 55-70°C for 15-20 days to kill pathogens.

Step 4: Dynamic Adjustment

Hydraulic height adjustments accommodate different windrow sizes without stopping.

Step 5: Final Processing

Finished compost can be granulated, screened, and packaged for sale.
