Product Description

The bedding material production system is an efficient system independently developed to separate undigested fibrous matter from cow manure as organic bedding. The system, consisting of a spiral extruder separator and a set of drums, enables the production of fresh organic litter on the farm every day, with a minimum of 48 cubic meters of litter.

Key Process: Aerobic fermentation at 60-75 °C for 8-36 hours. No external heat source required; biological process is monitored by temperature sensors with adjustable air flow.
