⚙️ Product Description

The bedding material production system is an efficient system independently developed to separate undigested fibrous matter from cow manure as organic bedding. The system, consisting of a spiral extruder separator and a set of drums, enables the production of fresh organic litter on the farm every day, with a minimum of 48 cubic meters of litter.

The aerobic fermentation process is carried out at 60-75 °C, with a fermentation time of 8-36 hours. The biological process is monitored by temperature sensors, and the air flow can be adjusted to ensure optimal health for cows and increased milk production.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What should I check if the control system doesn't respond after power-on?
Check if there are any unresolved alarms or if there is a power phase sequence error. Correct the phase sequence or resolve equipment alarms as prompted.
2. Why is the fermentation temperature lower than the expected value?
This can be caused by too little material in the drum, high moisture content in the input material, or a malfunctioning ventilation fan. Ensure a balance of incoming/outgoing materials and monitor moisture levels.
3. How do I handle an overload alarm during operation?
Check if the material concentration is appropriate or if a foreign object is blocking the sieve. Adjust concentration and clean the sieve accordingly.
4. What if the separator cannot start normally after a shutdown?
The interior may be filled with material causing excessive resistance. Reduce the weight at the discharge port, manually reverse it, and then restart. Always idle for 20 seconds before stopping.
5. Why is the moisture content of the finished cushion material too high?
This usually indicates the fermentation temperature didn't reach the set value, insufficient ventilation, or the initial moisture content of input materials exceeded the standard.
6. Is daily maintenance necessary for the equipment?
Yes, good daily maintenance is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation and longevity of the equipment. Please follow the daily maintenance guidelines provided.
