The bedding material production system is an efficient solution independently developed to separate undigested fibrous matter from cow manure as organic bedding. The system consists of a spiral extruder separator and a set of drums, enabling the production of fresh organic litter on the farm every day, with a minimum of 48 cubic meters of litter.
The system utilizes international automation technology; the aerobic fermentation process is carried out at 60-75 °C, with a fermentation time of 8-36 hours. There is no need to increase the external heat source, as the biological process is monitored by temperature sensors and the air flow is fully adjustable.
