1. The high-temperature biodegradation system comprises: a material elevator, a carcass crusher, a screw conveyor, a high-temperature aerobic fermentation unit, a belt conveyor, a drum screen, an odor control system, and a control panel. Dead animals are loaded into the elevator's hopper and automatically discharged into the crusher. The crushed carcasses are then transported by the screw conveyor to the fermentation unit. After aerobic fermentation sterilization, the material is automatically discharged onto the belt conveyor and fed into a small drum screen.

2. This process separates animal hair, large bone fragments, and other debris, with the remainder processed into high-efficiency organic fertilizer. Odors generated during processing are drawn into a dedicated exhaust duct by a fan and ultimately discharged through a spray deodorization tower.
