Compound fertilizer production line:
Powdered organic fertilizer is made from livestock and poultry manure, plant residues (such as straw and rice husks), urban sludge, or industrial organic waste as raw materials. It is produced by adding microbial fermentation agents and fully composting the materials using a composting machine (turning machine). Finally, impurities are removed and the compost is pulverized. The organic matter content of organic fertilizer is typically 30%-45%, and the moisture content is controlled at around 20%-30%.
