MSW SORTING SYSTEMS: The trash separator system features a plate feeder, materials spreader, rotatory screening machine, winnowing machine, magnetic separator, and manual sorting platform. It processes ~50 tons/day. Ensure ample plant space, preferably a workshop for better environmental control.

How to Sort Trash – Trash Sorting Process

Trash collected at the transfer station is moved to the workshop and unloaded onto the plate feeder for uniform spreading.

Conveyor transports trash to a manual sorting platform for removal of large items (quilts, wood) and hazardous waste.

Remaining trash reaches the rotatory screening machine. A bag breaker may be used for smooth operation.

The rotatory screening machine filters trash via 50 mm bores, sorting oversized and undersized waste.

Magnetic separator removes iron. Undersized organics are collected, while oversized materials undergo winnowing.

Light plastic is purified and packaged. Heavy materials (hard plastics, fabrics) are packaged for further processing.
