The membrane covered aerobic composting equipment uses a specially designed functional membrane as the aerobic fermentation treatment cover. The core component is a functional membrane with specially designed micropore, which can make a constant climate environment through semi permeable function.

Under the action of air blowing, a micro high-pressure inner chamber can be formed in the fermentation body, providing uniform and sufficient oxygen supply and temperature distribution is uniform, creating a suitable environment for aerobic fermentation. Water vapor and carbon dioxide can diffuse out through the functional membrane.

This will maintain the airflow balance inside and outside of the fermentation stack membrane, ensuring a more thorough aerobic fermentation process, effectively killing pathogenic microorganisms and ensuring the hygiene level of the fermentation products.

Low odor impact: Adopts multiple measures to control odor sources. The functional membrane allows water vapor and carbon dioxide to diffuse while blocking harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.
Effective degradation of organic matter: High humidity (up to 100%), high temperature (up to 95 ºC), and uniform oxygen supply allow aerobic microorganisms to thrive and completely degrade organic matter.
Efficient and low energy operation: Combines advantages of static and dynamic composting. Lower energy consumption compared to dynamic composting, with controlled process odors and reduced secondary pollution.
