Product Overview

High Efficiency Membrane Covered Aerobic Composting Equipment

Membrane Covered Fermentation
Compost Organic Fertilizer Equipment

The membrane covered aerobic composting equipment uses a specially designed functional membrane as the aerobic fermentation treatment cover. The core component is a functional membrane with specially designed micropores, which can create a constant climate environment through its semi-permeable function.

Under the action of air blowing, a micro high-pressure inner chamber is formed in the fermentation body, providing uniform and sufficient oxygen supply. This creates a suitable environment for aerobic fermentation while allowing water vapor and carbon dioxide to diffuse out through the functional membrane. This maintains the airflow balance inside and outside the fermentation stack, ensuring a thorough fermentation process and effectively killing pathogenic microorganisms.

Technical Features

1. Low Odor Impact

Adopts multiple measures to control odor at the source and emission pathway. The functional microporous membrane allows water vapor and carbon dioxide to escape while blocking harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

2. Effective Degradation of Organic Matter

Creates a high-humidity (up to 100%) and high-temperature (up to 95ºC) environment. Sufficient oxygen supply allows aerobic microorganisms to reproduce rapidly, leading to complete degradation of organic matter.

3. Efficient and Low Energy Operation

Achieves uniform gas distribution and reduced resistance. It integrates the advantages of static and dynamic composting while eliminating environmental control difficulties found in traditional processes. Energy consumption is significantly lower compared to dynamic systems.

Application Fields

  • Livestock Manure: Pig, chicken, and cow manure treatment.
  • Organic Waste Recycling: Straw, garden waste, and biomass.
  • Municipal & Kitchen Waste: Sludge, restaurant food waste, and fruit/vegetable waste.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of organic waste can this equipment treat?
The system is designed for livestock manure (pig, chicken, cow), municipal sludge, restaurant food waste, kitchen waste, and organic agricultural residues like straw and garden waste.
How does the membrane control odor during fermentation?
The functional membrane features specially designed micropores that act as a semi-permeable barrier. It allows water vapor and CO2 to escape while blocking larger molecules of harmful, odorous gases like hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.
What information is required for a custom solution?
We typically need details on your overall treatment requirements, raw waste types (or water quality reports for influent), maximum daily treatment capacity, and the required quality standards for the final effluent or product.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Generally, the production time is approximately 20 to 25 days, depending on the specific project scale and customization requirements.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we provide high-quality OEM services and can manufacture customized equipment based on specific buyer requirements and engineering designs.
Is technical support provided after purchase?
Absolutely. we provide free technical support, including assistance with the design of the entire treatment process, installation guidance, and system debugging.
