The membrane covered aerobic composting equipment uses a specially designed functional membrane as the aerobic fermentation treatment cover. The core component is a functional membrane with specially designed micropores, which can create a constant climate environment through its semi-permeable function.

Core Principle:   Micro high-pressure inner chamber ensures uniform oxygen supply and temperature distribution.

Under the action of air blowing, a micro high-pressure inner chamber can be formed in the fermentation body, providing uniform and sufficient oxygen supply while maintaining consistent temperature distribution. Water vapor and carbon dioxide can diffuse out through the functional membrane, maintaining airflow balance and ensuring a thorough aerobic fermentation process that effectively kills pathogenic microorganisms.

01 Low Odor Impact

Adopts multiple measures to control odor sources and emissions. The semi-permeable functional membrane diffuses water vapor while blocking harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

02 Effective Degradation of Organic Matter

Creates a stable environment with high humidity (up to 100%) and high temperature (up to 95 ºC). This allows aerobic microorganisms to reproduce and completely degrade organic matter.
