This organic waste composting machine is an integrated system that combines pretreatment, biochemical treatment, oil-water separation, and pollution control technologies to reduce and resourcefully treat kitchen and fruit/vegetable waste. The system features fully automated, intelligent, and standardized operation. After waste is sorted, crushed, and dehydrated, beneficial microorganisms are added to the residue for aerobic fermentation, ultimately producing high-quality organic fertilizer.

The waste liquid is separated into oil and water; collected oil can be sold for biodiesel refining, while wastewater is treated and discharged. Exhaust gas generated during processing is purified before emission, ensuring an environmentally friendly operation.
