Vertical fermentation tanks for organic fertilizer are an irreplaceable "harmless treatment center" in modern large-scale organic fertilizer production lines. The mixed raw materials enter the fermentation tank through the top feed inlet.
Fresh air is forced in from the bottom, allowing aerobic microorganisms to multiply rapidly and raising the material temperature to 50-70 degrees Celsius.
The mixing device periodically mixes the materials to ensure sufficient air contact and uniform fermentation.
After 5-15 days of fermentation, the material is converted into mature organic fertilizer and discharged from the bottom.
The exhaust gas produced during fermentation is treated by a biological deodorization filter or chemical scrubber, resulting in odorless emissions.
