Product Description
An organic fertilizer fermentation tank is a device that converts organic solid waste into organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation of microorganisms in a closed container. It utilizes the decomposition of microorganisms in nature, matures the materials through high temperature and microbial activity, kills harmful substances and reduces the moisture content and volume of the materials.
The working principle is to deliver oxygen to the materials through a vortex air pump, continuously turning the materials to maintain aerobic bacteria activity. Microorganisms heat up to 50-65 degrees, killing insect eggs and pathogens after about 7 days of fermentation.
In livestock farming, fermentation technology enhances feed nutritional value and processes excreta into biofertilizer rich in nitrogenous compounds (ammonia, urea, nitrates), phosphorous, potassium, and organic matter. This improves waste utilization and promotes soil fertility and plant growth.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the organic fertilizer fermentation tank work?
The tank uses aerobic fermentation. A vortex air pump delivers oxygen while a stirring shaft continuously turns the material, allowing microorganisms to decompose waste into organic fertilizer in a closed environment.
What temperature is reached during the fermentation process?
The microbial activity naturally raises the temperature inside the tank to between 50-65 degrees Celsius, which is optimal for high-temperature fermentation.
Does the machine kill harmful pathogens and seeds?
Yes. The sustained high temperature during the 7-day fermentation process effectively kills insect eggs, pathogens, and weed seeds, ensuring the resulting fertilizer is harmless.
What are the main benefits of using this biofertilizer?
The processed biofertilizer is rich in nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, and organic matter. It improves soil fertility, enhances plant growth, and helps in the sustainable disposal of livestock waste.
What material is the machine made of and what is the power requirement?
The equipment is built with high-quality stainless steel for durability. The standard model (11FFG-102) operates on a 380V voltage with an installed power of approximately 40.9KW.
Is the fermentation process automated?
Yes, the entire fermentation process is highly automated, which reduces the need for manual labor and significantly improves production efficiency.
