1. The high-temperature biodegradation system comprises: a material elevator, a carcass crusher, a screw conveyor, a high-temperature aerobic fermentation unit, a belt conveyor, a drum screen, an odor control system, and a control panel. Dead animals are loaded into the elevator's hopper and automatically discharged into the crusher. The crushed carcasses are then transported by the screw conveyor to the fermentation unit.

2. After aerobic fermentation sterilization, the material is automatically discharged onto the belt conveyor and fed into a small drum screen. This process separates animal hair, large bone fragments, and other debris, with the remainder processed into high-efficiency organic fertilizer. Odors are treated through a dedicated exhaust duct and a spray deodorization tower. This equipment is primarily used in the treatment of dead animals in large-scale farms.
