Process Flow

1Loading: Dead animals are placed into the hopper of the automatic lifting machine.

2Lifting & Inclining: The lifter automatically elevates and tilts the hopper into the crusher.

3Fermentation & Sterilization: Inside the fermenter, aerobic fermentation occurs under controlled temperature heated by thermal oil.

4Discharge: Fermented material is automatically discharged onto a conveyor.

5Odor Treatment: Gases are treated via a spray scrubbing tower before being released.
