This equipment is an integrated aerobic fermentation machine for kitchen and food waste, featuring integrated functions of rapid aerobic harmless fermentation and drying of food waste. It is mainly designed for the rapid biological fermentation, harmless treatment and drying of decomposable organic wastes, including kitchen waste, leftover food, fruit and vegetable waste, agricultural waste, farmers' market waste, sanitation and garden waste (as well as shells, hard bones, bamboo shoot shell fiber waste). The final product is high-quality bio-organic fertilizer base. This equipment can effectively improve waste treatment efficiency and the surrounding ecological environment. The generated waste gas and wastewater are professionally treated to meet discharge standards before being released. It is suitable for various medium and large-scale centralized kitchen waste treatment sites.
During operation, the pre-treated (screened, crushed and dewatered) kitchen waste is automatically fed through the top inlet, and undergoes aerobic fermentation with automatic temperature control in the internal biological fermentation chamber. The fermentation chamber adopts an interlayer heat-conducting oil heating method, which features rapid temperature rise and low energy loss. The exterior of the chamber is insulated with 50mm thick aluminum silicate rock wool, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
The equipment adopts a PLC control system to set operating parameters and realizes fully automatic operation according to the preset workflow without manual intervention. The operating system is equipped with an intelligent touch screen module, which can display the equipment's operating status and various operating parameters in real time, and features one-key fertilizer production and one-key fertilizer discharge functions.
