High-Temperature Biodegradation System: Includes a material elevator, carcass crusher, screw conveyor, high-temperature aerobic fermentation unit, belt conveyor, drum screen, odor control system, and a control panel.
Automated Process: Dead animals are loaded into the elevator's hopper, automatically discharged into the crusher, and transported by the screw conveyor to the fermentation unit.
Resource Utilization: After aerobic fermentation sterilization, the material is processed into high-efficiency organic fertilizer, effectively separating debris like animal hair and large bone fragments.
