Main Components of the Equipment
1. The high-temperature biodegradation system comprises: a material elevator, a carcass crusher, a screw conveyor, a high-temperature aerobic fermentation unit, a belt conveyor, a drum screen, an odor control system, and a control panel. Dead animals are loaded into the elevator's hopper and automatically discharged into the crusher. The crushed carcasses are then transported by the screw conveyor to the fermentation unit. After aerobic fermentation sterilization, the material is processed into high-efficiency organic fertilizer.
2. The high temperature biodegradation equipment is mainly used in the treatment of dead animals in large-scale farms, ensuring biosecurity and resource recovery.
