Designed for small and medium-sized livestock farmers, this equipment utilizes animal manure to produce high-quality organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation.
The tank is constructed from corrosion-resistant steel and uses a fully enclosed static automatic fermentation method. With a processing capacity of 0.5-3 tons per day, it features 7 independent fermentation tanks for feeding and discharging, which significantly shortens the fermentation cycle.
Equipped with a static nano-molecular membrane and an intelligent aeration system, the tank can reach temperatures of up to 70°C. This 7-day cycle effectively eliminates bacteria, insect eggs, and weed seeds while retaining ammonia nitrogen to boost the fertilizer's nutrient value.
