The Automatic Nanomolecular Membrane Fermentation Tank is specially designed for livestock farmers to produce high-quality organic fertilizer from animal manure via aerobic fermentation. It handles a processing capacity of 0.5-3 tons/day.
Constructed with corrosion-resistant steel, it utilizes a fully enclosed static automatic fermentation method. The system includes 7 independent tanks based on daily processing needs, allowing for shortened fermentation times through segmented automatic aeration at the bottom and side walls. Fermentation temperatures reach 70ºC within a 7-day cycle, effectively eliminating bacteria, insect eggs, and weed seeds while retaining essential nitrogen for fertility.
