Structure & Working Process
The spiral aeration mixer consists of a motor, support, coupling, guide cylinder, spiral blades, and main shaft. It features two groups of spiral blades:
1. Aeration Mode (Forward Rotation): The lower blades drive water into the upper blades, expelling it in a curtain shape to introduce oxygen.
2. Stirring Mode (Reverse Rotation): The lower blades circulate water while the upper blades remain inactive, ensuring effective mixing.
