Multipurpose Biomass Briquette Machine for Mixed Agricultural Waste Producing Briquettes for Composting and Mulch Base Material
Charcoal machine is the use of sawdust, crop straw (corn stalk, soybean straw, sorghum stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut stalks, sunflower stalks), chaff, grass, shrub branches, bamboo truncated, feed head, bagasse, etc. as raw materials, after being crushed by the wood chip crusher, under the action of the screw thruster and heating ring to form a high temperature and high pressure area to process the loose raw materials into hollow rods. It has high density, small size, good flammability, and can replace firewood and coal. Generally, the outer diameter of the product is 50-60mm, the aperture is 15-20mm, and it is hollow four-corner or hexagonal cylindrical. It can also be made into spherical, granular and honeycomb coal shape.

What is the final shape and size of the briquettes?
The standard final product is a hollow four-corner or hexagonal cylindrical rod with an outer diameter of 50-60mm and an inner aperture of 15-20mm. Other shapes like spherical or granular are also possible.
Can the briquettes be used as a replacement for coal?
Yes, the produced briquettes have high density, small size, and excellent flammability, making them an eco-friendly and efficient alternative to traditional firewood and coal.
What are the power requirements for the different models?
Power requirements range from 18.5 KW for the 50V model to 22 KW for the 50VI, 50VII, and 70 models, depending on the required production capacity.
Is the stick cross-section customizable?
Yes, the cross-section of the charcoal sticks can be customized according to specific customer requirements and market needs.
What is the production capacity of these machines?
Depending on the model, the capacity varies from 150-280kg/h for the entry-level 50V model up to 350-400kg/h for the high-performance model 70.
