Working Process
1️⃣Fermentation
The temperature is controlled carefully to maintain microbe activity. Self-propelled or hydraulic compost turners are used to accelerate fermentation.
2️⃣Crushing
Compost lumps are ground by crushing machines. Options include semi-wet material crushers, chain crushers, or cage crushers.
3️⃣Mixing & 4️⃣ Drying
Quantitative dosing mixers ensure even distribution of additives. If moisture exceeds 25%, a rotary drum dryer is used prior to granulation.
5️⃣Granulating
Three types of granulators: Stirring teeth granulator, Disc granulator, and Two-stage rounding machine. Achieving over 90% balling rate.
6️⃣Cooling & 7️⃣ Screening
Products are cooled using gas conveyors to maximize exhaust heat usage. Screening machines separate finished products from returned materials.
8️⃣Packaging
Automated quantitative packaging satisfying various environmental conditions and specific commodity demands.
