Working Process

1️⃣Fermentation

The temperature is controlled carefully to maintain microbe activity. Self-propelled or hydraulic compost turners are used to accelerate fermentation.

2️⃣Crushing

Compost lumps are ground by crushing machines. Options include semi-wet material crushers, chain crushers, or cage crushers.

3️⃣Mixing & 4️⃣ Drying

Quantitative dosing mixers ensure even distribution of additives. If moisture exceeds 25%, a rotary drum dryer is used prior to granulation.
