The Wheel Disc Compost Turner Machine is a professionally engineered product designed for the bio-fermentation process of organic waste. It performs essential mixing, cooling, oxygen infusion, and material transfer during the production of organic fertilizer.

After mixed fermentation materials are fed into the tank, the Compost Turner moves longitudinally, activating rotary discs. These high-speed discs lift and throw the material backward, facilitating cooling and oxygenation. The longitudinal and transverse travel mechanisms ensure all materials are shifted rearward to free up space for new intake, ensuring matured materials are ready for further processing at the end of the tank.
